Richard is a Loan Officer with NorthStar Mortgage Advisors with more than a decade in banking
and mortgage lending, including more than five years as a bank branch manager. He’s licensed
in Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee and works with clients in both English and Spanish.
His favorite part of the job is handing first-time homebuyers their keys. As a rental property owner
himself since 2016, he also enjoys helping investors grow their portfolios.
Raised in Puerto Rico, Richard is known by the people closest to him as someone who’ll help
with anything, whether that’s talking through a big decision, installing an electrical outlet or
pushing a broken-down car. He brings that same attitude to every loan: clear answers, steady
communication and a plan that fits your goals.
When he’s not working, Richard is usually playing or watching football and baseball. And if you’re wondering how he keeps up with every closing deadline, the answer is simple: coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.
